Recently, Jiaxipera successfully passed the national smart manufacturing capability maturity assessment and obtained CMMM Level 3 (Integration Level) certification, becoming the first company in the industry to do so. This marks a new phase in the company’s integrated development of lean, automated, digital, intelligent, and green manufacturing, and signifies that its overall corporate strength has reached a new level.
CMMM stands for the China Manufacturing Maturity Model (CMMM), which is assessed and certified by the China Electronics Standardization Institute in accordance with the GB/T 39116-2020 national standard. It is divided into five levels from lowest to highest: Planning Level, Standardization Level, Integration Level, Optimization Level, and Leadership Level. The CMMM assessment closely aligns with various business scenarios. Currently, the highest certification level is Level 4, held by 157 companies nationwide; only about 800 companies nationwide have achieved Level 3 certification.
In recent years, Jiaxipera has placed high importance on the “cutting-edge technologies” of the future factory, gradually breaking down “data silos” to build a digital management system covering key processes, thereby achieving full connectivity of the “data lifeline.” The recent assessment at Jiaxipera covered 19 capability sub-areas, spanning all facilities including production workshops, power facilities, warehouses, and IT server rooms. It also comprehensively reviewed the integrated operation of core information systems—such as CRM, PLM, ERP, MES, WMS, and QMS—along with supporting documentation, confirming the company’s transition from standalone applications to full system integration. This certification represents both national-level recognition of the company’s achievements in smart manufacturing and the collective effort of all Jiaxipera employees.
Looking ahead, the company will use this certification as a new starting point to continuously advance smart transformation and digital transformation, deepen system integration, and strengthen its data foundation. We will actively explore innovative applications of artificial intelligence and big data in manufacturing scenarios, promote the deep integration of smart manufacturing with our core business operations, and steadily progress toward becoming an industry-leading smart factory, thereby injecting strong momentum into the company’s high-quality development and the industry’s transformation and upgrading.
