Jiaxipera’s Leadership Splits into Three Teams to Comfort Staff Working in High-Temperature Posts

Prolonged sweltering heat poses severe challenges to the company’s safe production, and the health and safety of all employees weigh heavily on the minds of the company’s leadership. On the afternoon of July 18, Jiaxipera’s management split into three teams to visit and comfort frontline staff stationed at high-temperature workstations. They handed out heatstroke prevention supplies alongside sincere care, and extended heartfelt greetings and gratitude to all hardworking employees.

“Our company is seeing robust production and sales with heavy workloads. Thanks to your diligent efforts, we are able to meet market demands even amid the extreme heat. Thank you all!” Yao Huijun, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, Yu Xiaotao, Deputy General Manager, and Jiang Haidong, Assistant to the General Manager, visited Zhejiang Weile Company and the Company’s No.3 Factory successively to check on frontline employees. They reminded all staff to take thorough heatstroke prevention measures amid the hot weather. Yao Huijun urged relevant departments and the trade union to pay close attention to the physical well-being of employees working in high-temperature environments, roll out effective measures to strengthen summer workplace safety and heatstroke prevention work, safeguard employees’ health and safety, and ensure everyone gets through the summer safely.

“You’ve worked so hard!” Yu Wanchun, Chief Financial Officer, and Zhou Jiansheng, Deputy General Manager, delivered care to employees at high-temperature posts in the Company’s No.2 Factory, expressing appreciation for their dedication to their duties and efforts to fulfill customer orders despite the sweltering heat. As they toured the workshop, the leaders observed operations and talked with staff to learn about their working conditions and practical needs in summer. They repeatedly reminded employees to prioritize self-protection while guaranteeing safe production, and required management teams to adopt a people-oriented mindset, roll out practical cooling solutions for high-temperature posts, and guarantee zero risks in workplace safety.

“It’s extremely hot outside—please make sure you take proper protective measures.” Xiong Wenhua, Deputy General Manager, and Xu Yaofa, Deputy Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of the Trade Union, visited the Company’s No.1 Factory. They asked frontline employees about their difficulties and needs with genuine concern, distributed consolation gifts to staff working under high temperatures, and thanked them for their hard work in the heat.
